Health factor
The single number that says how safe your borrowed position is — and what each band means.
Your health factor is the ratio of your collateral value to your debt, adjusted by each market's liquidation threshold. It is the number that decides whether you can be liquidated.

The bands
The dashboard shows the band word under the health factor, and each band's meaning in a tooltip — the tint alone is never the communication.
Where it is
- The portfolio banner — a compact health factor with its band word.
- Each Lending account — Debt · Collateral · Health factor.
- Every borrow or repay form — the health factor now and after the action.
What to do near the edge
- Repay — the primary remedy, one action in the account panel.
- Supply more collateral — raise the ratio from the other side.
- Turn collateral on — if an asset is not backing your debt yet, toggle Use as collateral.
- Or let Auto-repay / Auto-collateralize handle it: both act when the health factor crosses a threshold you set, using the position's own earnings.
